2. Services We Provide

TopTier Cleaning Solution offers residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning services throughout Metro Vancouver. Services are available by appointment only and subject to availability. Full details and descriptions are available on our Services page.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service at our discretion (e.g., unsafe conditions)
  • Reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or staffing
  • Update or change services and pricing without prior notice

3. User Responsibilities

When using our website or booking services, you agree:

  • To provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the functionality of the site
  • To use our services for lawful purposes only
  • Not to impersonate another individual or provide false details

4. Booking & Cancellations

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their home or business is accessible on the day of service.
  • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of $60.
  • Rescheduling is allowed but subject to availability.
  • No-shows or failure to provide access may result in a service fee of $80.

5. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, e-transfer, and PayPal
  • Invoices must be paid within 5 days unless alternate terms are arranged.

6. Service Limitations

While we strive for excellence in every service, we cannot guarantee:

  • Removal of all stains or buildup
  • Services that fall outside of our scope (e.g., mould remediation, hazardous waste cleanup)
  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor surface materials, or unreported issues

Please notify us of fragile items or special cleaning needs before your appointment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, service descriptions, visuals, and brand identity, is the exclusive property of TopTier Cleaning Solution. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of this content without written consent.

8. Privacy

We collect and use your information according to our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you agree to the data practices outlined there.

9. Limitation of Liability

TopTier Cleaning Solution will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
